You agree not to:

Use the website in a way that breaks the law.

Try to interfere with the security or operation of the website.

Copy, scrape, download, or reuse website content in a way that harms the Foundation or misrepresents our work.

Post or send anything that is false, abusive, offensive, discriminatory, harmful, or misleading.

3. Donations

Donations made through our website or through third-party donation platforms are voluntary.

Donation receipts are issued in accordance with Canadian charity rules and applicable law. Not every payment or benefit may qualify for a charitable tax receipt. Where a tax receipt is available, it will be issued based on the information provided by the donor and the rules that apply at the time of the donation.

Unless a donation is accepted by us for a specific restricted purpose, donations may be used where the Foundation determines they are most needed to advance its charitable mission.

If a donation is made for a specific program, event, or purpose, we will make reasonable efforts to honour that intention. If we cannot use the gift exactly as intended, we may use it for a similar charitable purpose that supports the Foundation’s mission.

4. Monthly or recurring donations
